Hi Gina, I have a question for you, a coworker and I do shakes at work, hers are 1/2 cup water and one scoop of powder, then she continues to snack for the day, but mine are 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup greek yogurt and 2 frozen strawberries and that lasts me for about 4 hours.
Are my shakes overboard, should I be toning them down? I don't want to snack all day, I think that would be worse, but mine does have a lot of carbs.
Your opinion is needed,

I don't see a thing wrong with them except I know when I was trying to lose, I had to cut the Greek yogurt. But, you're only talking about a half cup. I think you're good.

Woops, low protein day today... I just wasn't feeling hungry which is VERY unusual for me. I'll try and do a couple of shakes tomorrow and that should make sure I do better.
At least I over 150g protein yesterday (I was a munch monster, which may account for the lack of appetite today).
