I'm back!! :-D  You probably noticed me looking in from my mobile phone on the flaky intermittent wifi access at the hotel.  Most days I had 2 protein shakes although there were a couple where only got one and I only got a little over 100g protein those days.  The rest I was over 120g. 

I could've been worse with the carbs - I always got my protein in first and had the naught stuff after.  My clothes are still fitting the same although I'm sure I'm up a couple of lbs (I stopped weighing a while back as I was getting too stressed by the obsession).

It was a wonderful break and I kicked back by the pool and read mostly as DH was suffering from a cough and he wasn't feeling up to much.  The weather was perfect - not too hot.

I've gotta dash as my groceries are being delivered now!! :-D

Welcome home!  I was a little worried about you at first, I saw something terrorist related about your vacation country but then you posted and I was fine. I'm glad you had a good time and were able eat reasonably. Good job. I wonder where hubby got his cough?

He got it from me!! I got over it a few days into the start of the hol.

I heard about the terrorist attack from some other guests at our hotel. I think it wasn't that far from us but I didn't see it on the BBC news website.

L: leftover cold chicken with sliced tomatoes

D:  Steak, salad,

Snacks: plain yogurt, chicken hearts, slice of ham with cheese grilled on top of it (yum), handful of raw peanuts

Hi Gina,
Slept, slept slept last night and today. Guess I needed it.

B: bacon, protein shake
L: meatloaf on 1 slice WW bread
S: pumpkin bread. (I know)
D: few bites chicken pot pie that DD made.....didn't settle so stopped

E: climbing stairs at the gym, nap
