I hope nobody minds, but since I'm on Alaska time, it's easier for me to post how my intake from the day before. I like to do it first thing in the morning when I start my workday, since it makes me more motivated to make good choices the rest of the day. Especially today with my swollen stomach and my carb hangover.

I tried something different. I've been doing under 20 grams of protein for a while now and my weight is not budging, it even went up a couple lbs. I had a moment last night where I thought I needed to shake things up. Since there are no Crispy Cremes for at least 1000 miles, I went a little carb happy last night and tried to find carby items. I'm down 3 pounds this morning. I'm so frustrated by my metabolism, but I'm sticking with this.

Back to Basics Mode~

B~Doublie Protein Coffee: 53 pro, 6.2 carb
B~Crustless Quiche: 27 pro, 1.5 carb
S~Turkey Bologna: 6 pro, 2 carb
L~Grilled Steak & Romaine Salad: 22 pro, 3 carb
S~Turkey Slices: 18 pro, 0 carb
D~Sockeye Salmon & Romaine Salad: 24 pro, 2 carb
S~Baked Cheddar Slices: 15 pro, 0 carb
Then all hell broke loose and I ransacked the pantry, while watching Brave with my 2 year old. I stopped counting carbs past a mini snickers bar.

Before crazy happened...
165 protein grams and 14.7 carbs (but that is obviously null and void)
All Vites, 100 oz water, upper body weight lifting and 30 min walk
sigh...

I'm glad to have you posting early. That's what I do, I post my plan and then come back and update it. Keep on keeping on. Metabolism is of the devil. : (
