how long before all the unbearable pain stops?

I think we all had that "what have I done" moment. It was six weeks till I finally started to feel "normal". Just rest and give your body time to heal. If the pain continues you should call your doctor.

If the pain is unbearable, you need to call the doc, now.  You had a big surgery complicated by extensive adhesions.  You required 2 transfusions postop so you must have had extensive blood loss.  If I remember correctly you have had pain management problems from the beginning.  There are a jillion meds for pain out there so ask for something else.  Ask for several something elses to try.

At this point, on meds, you should be uncomfortable but not in unbearable pain.
