Hope you have a fun evening. Drink one for me!!
Still struggling to get well.
I looked at my fitness pal and am not sure where to start

B: bacon, protein shake
S: protein coffee
L: 3 pieces on crab and avacado sushi
S: mini almond joys (Sigh....they're gone)
D: shrimp and jack cheese wrapped in bacon, cesear salad

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work but off to a basketball game so lots of stair climbing

I must say, I need to put chocolate martini on my must try list. Sounds yummy.

snacks: lite cottage cheese, handful of peanuts,

 

Not sure what protein coffee is (I am from New Zealand) but if I can find it here, I want some!!!!!  Is there a brand name?  Thanks!

Protein coffee is something I make myself. It's my own version of sugar free coffee creamer, just with 53 grams of protein!

I use a blender bottle or an immersion blender, w/ 3oz half and half, sometimes some heavy cream, 2 scoops of unflavored whey protein isolate, some sugar free davinci syrup to taste. Blend until there are no lumps and I add that to my cup of coffee. I sip 2 or 3 mug's on the weekends or on weekdays, I'll drink a cup at home and take the rest in a big travel mug to work.
