This is just what helped me.  But try to limit the dairy.  When I cut out all dairy and gluten everything just FELL off of me.  I am three years out and have yet to have a stall.  I continue to change things up so my body never gets too comfortable and so I don't get bored (that's when the naughties start creeping back in again).  I also would suggest sticking with whole complex carbs if you are going to have carbs.  Sweet potato, brown rice, oats.. heck even a REAL potato is better for your body than the stuff in a box.

Careful of the bites, licks and nibbles that creep back in that we don't always recognize because those can add up as well.

Track everything you eat on myfitnesspal and be honest with what you are truly eating.

I hope this helps!

GOOD LUCK!

My advice is to stick with the program.  My body has always been very stubborn and inconsistent when it comes to weight loss.  I've been low carbing and exercising very well.  However, I still gained 4 lbs last week.  It could be stress, it could be water.  At 12 months out, I've learned that you can do everything right and still hit a stall.  It's just the way some people's body work.  In my earlier months, when I wouldn't lose weight for weeks, I would get really upset and frustrated (especially seeing how others seemed to be losing with no issues).  But now, I just don't worry about it.  We just gotta keep doing what we're supposed to do and trust that our bodies will soon catch up with our efforts.

All the best!

You might want to try an egg fast for a week and see what happens.  That will probably get you into ketosis.

Just change something!

All good advice.  Keep changing things so your body can't get into a rut.

Also, try something different.  Stay low carbing, but switch up the foods.  Or add carbs for a week, then go back to low carbing.
