Then 30 Minutes on the Stairmill

 

SUPER EXCITING NEWS- I will be going to Israel in January for 10 days with my brother!!! SUPER excited but SUUUPER nervous because I don't know what the food / gym situation is.  I've been making amazing progress with my lifts and body and would HATE to lose that!

Wow, I got slammed and haven't even been on the computer for non-work related things. I missed posting, but I still kept track on my own!

DS-Back to Basics
B- 3 slices of bacon (9.1 p) (0.4 carb) & chicken breast (18p) (0 carb)
S1 & S2- 2 protein coffees made with 3 oz of half and half and davinci sf syrup and 2 scoops of unflavored whey protein isolate. (53.6 p) (6.2 carbs)
L1- Chicken Breast (38 p) (5 carb)
S- Cheddar cheese slices, melted (30 p) (0carb)
D- Romaine & red cabbage salad with sauteed shrimp, cilantro, lime, avocado (46 p) (3 carb)
S- Pork Rhinds dipped in mixture of melted butter, cinnamon, and sf vanilla davinci syrup. I was craving a churro. I don't count the protein since it's collagen protein, (o carb)
