8 years post-op

Congrats on your 8 year surgiversary! So thankful to you vets for coming back and paying it forward by educating us newbies and those who are struggling.  It gives me comfort to hear from folks so far out that are still happy with their DS and thriving!  Thank you for paying it forward :)

Congrats! It's always good to hear from vets knowing that this was the right choice and knowing there is life beyond the pureed food stage ;-)

We newbies NEED you and the other vets who pay it forward.  While we are experiencing new things, we value your encouragement, advice, keeping our feet to the fire, and the knowledge that we, too, will be where you are now in time.  Congrats on your journey.  I am so happy you are at the place where you are happy with your size, diet and lifestyle.   You rock!

Congrats Val!!! I remember you at your lowest and I got the same thing at my lowest. I remember you predicting both of us would be 10-12. You were so right!!!!

I  miss you and I am so happy for you!!!
