SOS: 3 Years Post Op and Gaining!!!!
I also want to ask what your labs look like and are you taking your supplements? If you are deficient in areas you can cause a whole slew of issues.
I'd also recommend getting back to the basics and start posting on the DS Bites & Vites thread that is posted daily by major Mom.

Somewhere around year 2 the whole program just gets boring. It is caused by being human. When I really decided to deal with it, I had to cut calories drastically to lose regain.
My fitnesspal, etc. is good with one caveat. Do not eat your exercise. Set a calorie goal and stick to it and do not increase because you did a longer workout at the gym.
I know that DS malabsorption lasts longer than RNY, but eating too much is going to lead to weight gain and the only way to get the weight off is by eating less. I personally think protein shakes are not a good idea. Drinking protein shakes gets in calories way too easily. After the first months post-op it is better to eat the calories instead of drinking them.
I multiply my goal weight by 10. My goal is 136 and my calories to maintain are 1360. I subtract 500 calories per day to lose one pound a week. About 800 calories a day for 10 weeks equals 10 pounds down. I include lots of exercise, but do not subtract exercise calories.
