HELP! I need ideas for dealing with hunger and cravings!

Make home made chicken soup and drink the broth throughout the evening instead of binging.  Also, as others have stated, you need to eat more solid protein.

Last night I ate the whole chicken breast and I had a few tortilla chips with about 2 Tb of salsa my daughter made. I went to bed feeling totally satisfied. That did the trick! Thank you everyone for the suggestions!
