Glad you're feeling better. When I set up MyFitnessPal I selected to add fiber to the list of things tracked and I adjusted goals so it would freak at me with so much fat in my diet. I would add a jog of 3 miles a day, or something like that, to burn 900 calories to compensate for our malabsorption. It works good enough for me.
