I like to remain positive and upbeat,so let's just say, I am sooooooo glad this Monday is over. (Office drama)

Turkey bacon

1/2 liver wurst /Swiss cheese sandwich on rye

mini carrots

few cheez doodles

Double protein coffee

cheese crackers

2 mini snickers

greek yogurt w/ almonds

Crockpot BBQ chicken

Tossed salad

Few forkfuls of brown rice

Double protein coffee

vites: working on last batch

Fluids: 90 oz.
