Good day everyone,

Bites:

B: protein shake - I am using: 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt, and 2 frozen strawberries, and the powder

L: piece of garlic sausage

S: nuts

D: meat sandwich and some canned peaches

S: more garlic sausage

Vites: still have lots to go today

Exercites: housework, but not intentional exercise program

Feelings: still in need of cyber hugs, most of the issue is too busy of a weekend and just tired

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I've been working hard for more than 6 months, trying to lose 20 pounds. I'm frustrated and sad. I've been tracking in myfitnesspal as well. Forgive me, but I'm going to get pretty detailed in my entries, so if you see anything that jumps out, please help.

DS-Back to Basics Mode
B- 2 egg omelet w/2 slices cheddar cheese (22protein) (0.1carbs)
S1 & S2- 2 protein coffees made with 3 oz of half and half and davinci sf syrup and 2 scoops of unflavored whey protein isolate. (53.6 p) (7.2 carbs)
L-4 Baked Whole Wing Chicken. (7.5 p) (0 carb)
S- Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar (20 p) (5 carb)
D- Wild Game, Mountain Goat (couldn't find the nutrional info, so went with wild deer meat) (24p) (0 carb)
S- raw almonds & avocado
Protein total~ 127.1
Carb total~ 12.3

V- All portioned out
E- 20 min lower body weight lifting and 20 min walk

Those are excellent Bites and Exercites. You might try quitting the Quest bar and nibbling on ham, turkey and cheese roll-ups or something similar, maybe deviled eggs. I found that the protein bars kept me in maintenance rather than losing mode. Other than that you're spot on.

Another rough night and now starting to cough,. Ugh!!

B: bacon, protein shake
S: 2 mini almond joys

D: Swiss steak, cole slaw. (( didn't settle well)
