How many carbs in your protein mix. Sugars and some sugars are not listed as "sugar". There are a variety. Of name for sugar...

Try adding some type of probiotic.  I don't do pills, but when odor is at it's worst, I get a big jug of Kefir and follow up with some daily greek yogurt to repopulate the good bacteria in my bowels.  We seem to be prone to imbalance, but it can be controlled.  As long as I keep some kefir and yogurt around and eat something daily, I'm much better off.

Mine is terrible too!  It's the amount of protein we have to eat.  I eat gluten and dairy free and mine is still horrifying!  When I'm home I use Industrial room spray.  When I am out and about I found those travel size AXE bodyspray things that I keep in my purse and they do a GREAT job of masking the smell!!

welcome to the DS....you can make it better, but you will NEVER be normal, forget that... the odor is from malabsorption....certain food types will make it worse, but it is always bad, the kids want to disown me....

Greek Yogurt and probiotics. Devrom for special and publi****asions.

I prefer the capsules to the chewables, which you can get at Parthenon.com if you want to try them.. The chewables are a sickeningly sweet banana flavor. I think they use Xylitol as the sweetener.

Ozium (regular scent) can be found online in a big 14.5 oz can for the house. Automotive section for purse size at Wally World.

Also, candles at home will burn the methane out of the air. No explosions, I promise!
