IIIIIIIIITS HUMP DAY!!!!!!!! WHEEE!!!!!!!

HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!!!

Today is higher carb day on my cycle for training (GREAT NEWS! I HAVE PICKED A SHOW SO NOW I HAVE AN ACTUAL DATE FOR MY FIRST WOMEN'S PHYSIQUE COMPETITION!!!! WHEEEE!!!!!!)

M1 (3) egg whites w/ spinach and 1/3 cup steel cut oats with cinnamon

M2 (1) quest bar

M3 (5) oz. Grilled Chicken breast and 2/3 cup Quinoa

M4 (1) Quest Bar - pre-workout

M5 (5) oz. Grilled Chicken breast (cubed from Whole Foods because it's movie night with the boyf) and 4 oz. sweet potato

M6 (1) scoop Beverly UMP Protein

I'm starting to average about 1,100 Calories per day which is WAY better than the 900 I was doing before.  I was getting bit nervous the last few days when I was able to eat a bit more than usual and my coach said that I've finally awoken the beast (aka my metabolism) and my body is kicking into gear.

QUICK QUESTION- Is it also possible that I might be stretching my stomach also?  In one go i can't eat more than about 3 oz. but I eat about every 1 1/2 hours.  I don't want to break my DS!!!!

VITES

I ran out of my Super Pak so I'm back to old school 20 pills 1 for each thing I need until more comes in the mail but morning batch is done

EXERCITES

I DESTROYED my legs on Sunday (been doing the baby giraffe walk yesterday and today) so today will be Shoulders, Chest and Abs

HAPPY HUMP DAY ALL!!!! will you be celebrating with a good hump? (I know I will)

Sounds like a great adventure and I sure wish I could awaken my metabolism beast. lol I love that!

I think as long as you stay between 3 and 5 oz you aren't stretching it too much. You may see some days when 3 oz is all you can manage then you'll know you still got it.  I think I would rather have more shakes than Quest bars but I guess they may be helping you stay full and are more slow burn than a shake.

After watching your clip I stumbled on guilty Denver - the dog's very cute http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8ISzf2pryI

I was 'dying' over the weekend (more detail would TMI if you KWIM) and I just worked out what it was... not having Greek yogurt!!  I finally succumbed and have gone with Amazon subscribe and save for the probiotic that I used when I was last on hol.  It has a mere 4 billion different strains and I take one in the morning and one in the evening but it seems to work for me.

B Protein coffee 30
S Greek yogurt 18
L Double Burger 30
L Chili mozzarella bites 30
S Sausage 10
D Fish fillet 24

Protein: 142
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) night time iron, vit C, copper pending & strontium batch
E 25 minute walk

The PT on the shoulder is doing pretty good. Better range of motion, anyway.

Enjoy your mental health days, we all need them.  : )
