Good to see this forum is still up and running with new DS'ers and seasoned ones offering advice. Just been busy living life and loving every damn minute of it.

Hi Eileen.  Thanks for stopping by.

I've looked at your signature and you have lost  a tremendous amount of weight.  What tips and tricks did you learn when trying to get the last 30 lbs off?  Or were you one of the lucky ones that lost weight without effort and then had to worry about losing too much?

Hi Jashley,

Nope, my weight didn't just melt off-well not the last 10 lbs.; if memory serves. I never really stalled much, and I just stuck to the basics of eat my protein first, then complex carbs, and if there was room, nosh half a red tater. Never counted my carbs--no need to when you follow the protein first plan and don't pig out on pie and candy. *lol*

Towards the end though, I looked rather sickly at 138 lbs. Glad I had that bounce back of a few lbs as it made me appear more healthy and I did feel more energy. Hope that helps!
