Nice quiet day today - packaging up vits and realizing I can only get high dose K1 from the US!! I do use Vitalady, but I sometimes do my own ones if I'm running low. How can you get non-dry vit K1? I was surprised to see the Tender K1 saying explicitly it's DRY?!

Others may package it in oil since it's a fat soluble vitamin. Vitalady gets hers from Bio-Tech Pharm, you can get that from them or on Amazon. I don't know about other suppliers for powdered K1 in a capsule. Maybe VitaminShoppe?

I was looking at this one http://www.vitacost.com/natures-life-k-1-phylloquinone It says Other Ingredients: Cellulose, vegetable cellulose capsule, magnesium stearate, and silica. No mention of oil. I checked and the Biotech stuff doesn't advertise itself as being dry.
The $50 shipping and customs charges kill it for me with Vitalady (I can pay $20-$50 in customs too, I think the high shipping costs attract the customs officers' attention).

There's not much on Amazon.co.uk. The doses are all far too low, like 100mcg instead of 1,000mcg.

It doesn't have to say dry and the vitacost is listing the fillers and the capsule itself. They're all expected.

Bites:
B: protein shake, 1/2 cup canned pineapple, 1 small cup coconut yogurt, 1/2 almond milk and 1/2 cup water.
S: 12 grapes
L: canned turkey sandwich and small bowl of chicken noodle soup
S; 1/2 cup mixed nuts
D: tbd, hubby can't eat today to not sure what I will have, something light anyway
Vites: still have lots to go
Exercites: planning on 1/2 hour weight training with a friend this evening
Feeling: frustrated I am studying for the new job but nothing seems to be sticking in my brain. I will just keep at it and see how tomorrow at work goes, maybe I am doing better then I think (I can only hope)
