FYI..... New inexspensive Whey Isolate at GNC!!!

New to the GNC website.... Ronnie Colman Iso-Tropic Max 100 percent whey isolate.  2lb container with GNC membership is 23.98.  Soooooo afordable.  Its almost to good to be true.  It comes in a couple different berry flavors and an almond.  I really like it.  It has something added to it that is soposed to make it absorb even better into your body.  The price is so amazing that Im worried it will go away, and I feel like buying a few cases.....lol.  As of now they dont carry it in the store, only online.  Has anyone else tried it?  What do you think?  Had to let all my fellow DS'rs know......

Does it smell bad?

OK, this tweaked my curiosity...  They all seem to smell bad to me...

Well, to me it doesnt, but I think it just depends on each person and their taste.  I like it soooo much better then the whole chocolate, vanilla flavors.  Its like your drinking protein kool aide....

Sounds like GNC's version of Syntrax Nectar.

If they have a flavor similar to Fuzzy Navel, I'm sold!

When I checked on this brand with other places, it is selling for over 45 dollars for a 2 lbs bucket.  This is a great price.

Which means its a good price now, but Im suspecting will be going up as consumers start purchasing it.....Get it while you can...  Supply and demand... I might have cut my own throat by sharing this with so many "protein drinking DS'rs".....lol

Yes, it's a good price now, but it also doesn't sell that well because of it's high price.  It's a great powder - hydrolyzed also.  But the reviews come out about 7/8 out of 10 and one of the main reason is the cost.  There are better brands out there for the normal price being charged.

So that being said, I would call GNC or go to the store and check the sell/use by date on the containers.  I'm always weary since one time I bought some powder on sale and it turned out to expire in a month.  There was no way I could down that many shakes in a month.
