I have an after work function tonight, so I may be scarce this evening too. Y'all be good!

S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries & slivered almonds and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - going out-- choc martini and wings

VITES:

evening batch:

walking

Happy hump day!!  Not much in the way of excercise today - i stopped by my parents house instead for a short visit!! :-D

Good Evening

Bites:

B: protein shake

L: egg salad sandwich and 2 carrots

S: cheezies and diet Pepsi

D: 1 hamburger patty with onion, mushroom and gravy on top and 3 mini tomatoes, and 1 small scoop of fried potato.

S: flavored ice coffee (Yum)and 2 cookies

Vites; waiting for bedtime yet

Exercites: 1/2 hour cardio

Feeling: tired been a long day training

It has been a good day and I look forward to going back tomorrow, lots to learn
