Yeah!  Me too!  We're back in summer temps mode but the leaves are starting to turn and fall.  o_0

Very nice protein numbers today.  Woot! Woot!

Called out of work. Laid around all day. Hate feeling so yucky.

Hubby and I are still working since our contracts were paid for from FY13 money but it's pretty quiet. Some of the states I'm working with are sort a kind a operating with 1/3 of the staff. I saw where Louisiana's governor recalled his Nat'l Guard technicians to help be prepared if that tropical storm hits them. I don't know how they are being paid since they're paid from the federal side unless he's put them on State duty.

Good evening, (morning to some lol Gina) I know the hours you keep, you get up pretty early

Bites:
B: protein shake

L: egg salad sandwich and an orange

S: birthday cake at work (co-worker)

S: pumpkin cake (restaurant with a friend) and London Fog tea

D: cup of mixed nuts

S: decaf coffee with creamer

Vites: all in

Excercites: not feeling up to it

Feelings, really felt off all day, could not get it together at work and had a hard time learning. I really struggled today,  yesterday I had a go get them attitude today was blah, so I will go in there tomorrow ready to get at it. (kind of glad it is Friday), Hubby sick so we are not going out dancing Friday night so quiet weekend for me.

Attitude and carb adjustment should fix things right up. I hope hubby kicks whatever bug that's got him.
