Hello everyone. 

BITES:
B - 2 fried eggs, 1 pce ham, 2 slices sourdough baggette toasted with butter - a McJashly sandwich
S - ISO SENSATION 93 shake (30)
L - country pork rib, 1/2 cup veggies
D - pizza
S - custard with whip cream

Vits: tons every day

Exerc: finishing the roofing.  Starting on the deck.

good evening

Bites:

B: bacon and 2 eggs and 1 slice of toast

Snacking today on  - cucumbers, carrots, cheese slices and piece of coil ham sausage

 diet pepsi, piece of cake (should be gone today) and chips and dip ( not many)

that concludes the eating today

Vites: most of them are done, bedtime left

Exercites: taking the night off, back at it tomorrow

Feelings: getting lots of rest today so pretty good

Must have been a laundry kind of day.  I did 3 loads and hung them outside to dry.

Double protein coffee

Lebanon bologna

  2 scrambled eggs

Few home fries 

1 slice rye toast w/ peanut butter & honey

Double protein coffee

Macadamia nuts

Red Lobster ! Yehaw!

Cheddar biscuit 

Shrimp, shrimp & more shrimp

1/2 baked potato

Broccoli 

1/2 ice cream bar

Double protein coffee

Slice of bologna rolled up w/ cheese

Few Fritos

Sunflower seeds

Greek yogurt

Double protein iced coffee

Vites: bedtime batch pending

Fluids: 80+ oz.
