devistated!! Insurance changed the rules!!

I havent heard of this before. Perhaps they got someone on the phone that was inexperienced and quoted incorrectly. I would call the insurance company myself and ask what their requirements are for weight loss surgery. Maybe she meant 3 months?

Perhaps one of the insurance gurus has more knowledge about this, but don't insurance companies have to proceed with your treatment with the policies that were in place when they approved it?

Were you approved when this change took place?
