Waiting Game

Is there anyone else out there that had a hard time waiting to be a approved for surgery??? I'm dying over here! It's been 11 days since my paper work was sent into cigna. And I know legally they have 30 days to get back to me. But still, I'm going crazy waiting to hear back from them. Anyone else use cigna? How many days did you have to wait???
