Ive wore a sports bra for years.  I had a breast reduction years ago, so Im not top heavy and can go that route.  As far as comfort, I dont know if there is anything more comfortable than a sports bra, because it feels like you really dont have one on.  I have to say Im looking forward to loosing more weight, and finally getting a properly fitted bra, so I can see a little shape in my upper half after all these years.....lol   Before it was all about comfort while being heavy.  Im going to check out some of the links here that have been provided for you from other people...  Great question, good luck with your search....

I never wore an under wire, still don't. I wear one by Bali that is soft and covers my side boobs.

Even if I wanted to go to Lane Bryant, I can't now...my rib cage is too small for the smallest they carry. I am a 32 C (smallest they carry is a 36).

Oh yes, side boobs, above boobs, lower boobs, with all this loose skin I have jiggles everywhere.  I need to go and try on some of the suggestions and I have never been fitted for a bra.  First time for everything I guess.  I have been wearing sport bras and although very comfortable, not supportive.  My scrub shirts are supposed to go over my boobs not my boobs causing my shirt to ride up.  Not very attractive.  Thanks everyone.

I have found that a really well fitted, quality underwire bra doesn't feel like an underwire bra.  A proper fitting is a must.  I have found that, while they are really expensive,  Wacoal's are really comfortable and long lasting.  I have 2  that have lasted several years and have not stretched or torn.

My girls left with my weight loss.  I found some Warner's bras, that have just enough foam padding to give me a bustline.  Otherwise, I look like an overgrown toddler - flat chest and all!
