Won't wear a bra with under wire any more.  They dig in and at my age I am all about comfort but still don't want the girls to keep looking at my feet.  Anything out there with support without that under wire?  I don't care if i smash my boobs, just want comfort and some support.  I am 20 pounds away from being where I want to be with my weight.  Thanks

I had to resort to under wire, sorry. Went to Nordstrom's and got fitted and have gotten used to them. Good luck!

Yes, these are underwire but they are far and away the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. I look for them on sale.  I find I can still wear the size 36 when at goal.

Thank you ladies.  I guess I will watch for sale and try one of Lane Bryant unless someone else chimes in.

A bra is the one thing you cannot get second hand and should always have one that fits no matter how fast your body shrinks.  This makes or breaks your look instantly.  I, too, am a huge fan of the Lane Bryant Balconette bra.  A properly fitting underwire bra shouldn't be digging into you.  Have one of the associates assist you for a proper fitting.  I'm only a size 10, but they sell a 36D there, so I go just the same.  I've tried others, and have come back to this bra, for fit, comfort, and appearance.

Best bra ever!  In case the link doesn't work:  Dillard's Modern Movement 3D BFF Tshirt bra.  I order them online as there aren't Dillards department stores in Michigan.

It's called a tshirt bra because when you wear it, you don't see fat coming out of the sides of your bra in your back, when you wear a tshirt (make sense?). No unsightly lines.  Truthfully, I'm a B cup, but I shake my girls in place and wear the C because they don't make a B cup.

Best thing since sliced bread.  I did not want an underwire, but couldn't find a comfortable bra without one.

I really love these bras!

I've always hated under wire bras.  But once I lost 80% of the weight, they fit correctly now.  I don't have fat billowing out the top or trying to escape out of the cup.  They don't gouge me like they used to.

I will be looking into both and thank you everyone for the help.

I agree with the other posters.  An underwire bra is no uncomfortable when it fit.  They are terribly uncomfortable when they are ill-fitting.  You will be surprised when you wear one that fits properly.

I found an awesome line at Lane Bryant. They hold me up and the under wire is tolerable. They are also padded in the shoulders. They are expensive but last a long time.
