Best pre-op diet changes for a wannabe DS'er
I feel like I am doing better than I thought I would. As a lap-band patient I already eat a lot of protein, avoid boxed, fried, over-processed foods, and drinks tons of water. I have never had issue with carbonation with my band, but who knows. I currently drink around 4 oz of diet pepsi a day (weakness).
