***Sunday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hi Guys, its been an age since I posted. I'm 5.5 years out and trying to stop a little regain. I'm at 142.8 (down from 289) and I want to be 136 but I keep bouncing around back down to 139 and then up again!! So annoying!!! I'm trying to be more accountable and so will try and post here and say what I'm consuming on a daily basis.
Bites:
B - 2 eggs scrambled, cup coffee (12g)
S - 1 scoop protein shake (28g)
L - Shrimp and dip and a lite beer (25g)
S - 1 scoop protein shake (28g)
D - Chicken breast with cheese sauce and a slice of ham, broccoli (40g)
S - Fage Yoghurt (20g)
No exercise as feeling horribly lazy lol!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
