Bites;
B: 2 sausages, 2 eggs and 1 slice of toast/ 2 coffee with creamer
S: protein shake
L: 2 ww buns one with meat and cheese, and 1 with egg salad
D: sweet and sour chicken, and Chinese veggies and a smoothie
S: small bowl ice cream and a few spoonful's of yogurt
Vites, breakfast ones only so far
Exercites: taking the grandkids swimming
Feelings: restless so far, but the day has just begun. Excited about seeing the grandkids.
If anything else I will add it this evening, I will not be home today

Have been MIA...couldn't get on the site one night then just crazy busy. BUT....it's the weekend!
How's your eating plan going?
B: bacon, protein shake
S: blackberries
L: cheese nachos, few slices summer sausage
S: protein shake
D: planning on chicken and a salad
V: staring mats batch
F: ok
E: errands, hour and a half in and out of the pool, watching football.
I missed you!! I'm doing the same old same old but need to shake it up again and fast or something for a week or 2.
We've been watching football and golf today too. Your day sounds much better than mine. You did good!
