Wow!  Such a difference.  I'm inspired to get outside and do some hard labor.

And your remaining weight has distributed around your body better.  I've lost weight, but the perportions (big belly, normal legs and arms) hasn't changed.  Yours seems to have come off the belly a lot and now your body looks normal.  Is that due to working out?

You look great!  All your workouts have really paid off.

Please refresh our memories, how long has it been since your revision?

I will also be a VSG to DS revision in the coming months, and my before and goal weights are the same as you.  I would be thrilled to be as successful as you have been.

Thanks for being such an inspiration.

Thank you for the kind words, my DS revision was on the 1st of January, 2013. My starting weight was 264 on that day. I am a slow loser because of the revision. I had my VSG and ashamed to say that I only lose 20lbs I was 284 pounds when I had my VSG.

Never ever be ashamed!  It's not your fault that it didn't work for you.  But Girrrrllllll, you look amazing!  And, obviously, your daughter is so proud of you!  It's so nice to have a supportive family, isn't it?  You truly are blessed!

CONGRATULATIONS !   People think that to lose weight you need to stop eating and to exercise a lot.  However, I’d like to recommend to you an innovative and effective system.  This is the website: www.weighttrick.net

You look wonderful.  Way to rock your DS revision.

I'm basically down 20 pounds from my VSG start weight, so am looking at a DS revision.  I'm worried that I won't be able to keep low-carb, as I never have been able to before. I already have the small stomach, didn't help. :)  Already had the ghrelin factor.  Didn't help.

Lap-Band June 14, 2001. Dr. Rumbaut, Monterrey, Mexico.
Lap-Band removed after 7 years and converted to Sleeve Gastrectomy on July 7, 2008 by Dr. Roslin.  I've had three happy healthy Lap-Band babies.... and one VSG baby.  5 years out from revision to VSG.  Gained 55 pounds in past 5 months, now considering DS. :(
