Well, I think I've done pretty good this week getting things back on track and into my usual boring routine...going out to celebrate tonight. no

Happy Weekend

Bites:

B Two cups of coffee and bacon and eggs ( kind of brunch)

S: popcorn

D: sausage, fresh beets, fresh peas and a couple perogies with sour cream

Vites: still have to take my whole days worth

Exercites: something is all I can say, but something.

Feeling lazy today, and I have housework to do, and computer stuff and reading I want to do to. So that is my day.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
