Hi Gina, I know my carbs are high these days, from my coffee creamer, yogurt, and bagel. Even the Vector protein bars I have been eating are high in carbs. So I really need to get a handle on it, though easier said then done. As soon as I'm done the cream cheese (laughing cow cheese) I will go back to protein shakes, on the weekend I make eggs because I have the time.

Bites:

B : 1/2 bagel, cream cheese, and yogurt, 3 coffee this morning

S: mixed nuts

L: protein bar and yogurt

S: protein bar

D: omelet

S: yogurt and a bit of ice cream.

Vites: all in except bedtime

Exercites: nothing today

I am feeling ok today, I am having a hard time with food (as you can tell) I need to change up my diet.

It's harder to stay low carb than folks realize. I do the same about cooking breakfast on weekends...no time during the week.

What about making a batch of mini quiche muffins and/or HB eggs on Sunday  for a weeks worth of breakfasts?  The muffins are to-die-for.

I have hard boiled eggs but I usually end up making deviled eggs with them I am not much for cold hard boiled eggs. I do have a good recipe for egg/ham muffins but I can eat like two or three, but at least it would be lower carb.

Deviled eggs = more fat = less calories absorbed.... right?
