What does the program fee include?  Yours was $3000? Darn it must have raised the price recently..

Dr. K.'s program fee is $3,000 for a virgin DS and $4,000 for a revision. I paid mine using Care Credit which is interest free for 18 months.

The program fee includes 2 years of follow up visits.

Amylucha Thanks for the information. I didn't have a clue as to what they were for but for some reason I was thinking it was for the dietician use and all the other team members usage.

Paula,

I'm not sure where you're at, but Dr. Sudan in Durham, NC (vetted) does not charge a program fee or any other extra fee that I recall.  I just had to do the regular deductible/copay stuff.

I am not sure what this fee I for?    Most surgeons use a RNFA ( RN First Assistant). These are Registered Nurses who specialize in performing surgery. They are employees of the hospitals, so no additional fee shouldn't be paid..
