Which Vitamin C do you all use? Ester or Ascorbic Acid?

Need to buy a new bottle.

I don't think it matters, get the one that you like the best.

be careful with vit C ingestion, make sure you 24 hr urine results are acceptable, as dsers we have an issue with enteric hyperoxaluria

I take 2 - 1000 mg per day of the BIotech. Haven't had any problems...
