you body is still adapting to the ds trauma, by 18-24 months your body will go through adaptation, hopefully things will get better for you.....wishing you well

You sound like you're under an awful lot of stress. I'm wondering if something like yoga might help as you seem to be doing everything thing right diet and supplement wise.

Hopefully things will improve for you the further out you get. I can get away with eating some carbs at over a year out now that I couldn't go near in the early days - not all together a good thing.

This is true.  I am going to look into something like that or Pilates to see if there is anything close to where I live.  I wanted to join a gym but kind of find it foolish money spent because awaiting this other surgery, he said no exercising afterward for 8 weeks.  I am going to ask about plain old walking.  With the cooler weather coming, I hope to get to do that!

I am so very sorry.  I do believe that the second year should be much better once your body adjusts a bit more.  You are extremely resilient and strong.
