Haven't checked in lately but doing alright.
Bites today:
B: sip of protein shake and bite of toast - couldn't do it just wasn't going to happen today. So all that wasted
S: protein bar
L: 2 pieces of fish and a few fries and a small bowl of coleslaw
S: grapes and nuts, small amounts
D: 1/2 an omelet and 1 bite of toast
S: yogurt
That has been it today, it really wasn't a lot of food, but I am not really hungry today anyway.
It was an ok day, and I want to go to bed, it is hot and I'm tired
Vites: all in except bedtime which I am going to take shortly
Excerites: I did some crazy stuff Sunday and was sore til Tuesday and so have done nothing since.
Hope you had a good holiday Gina, and it is nice to see others checking in to, I've just been to lazy.

You did a great job today. If you can't do a certain meal don't sweat it. Smart move to have eggs on the days that a protein shake won't cut it.
