I find myself out tonight without a shake or a snack it had been 6 hours since I last ate or drink anything. Hence the bad choice 1 slice of pizza that sends me over my carb today; I am not going to beat myself over it tomorrow is another day. I am still trying to understand DS Math so I have no idea how much calories I absorbed today.
Morning vites: 2 multi, 1 calcium W/D 500mg) 1 ADEK=Done
Midday Vites: 2 multi, 1 calcium W/D500mg) 1 ADEK= Done
Evening Vites: 1 calcium W/D500mg) 1 ADEK= done
Bedtime Vites: 1 Iron (28mg)=Done
56 oz of fluid (improving daily)
Exercises: Walking (treadmill 5.0mph) 30 minutes
