Getting back on track after unexpected carb day yesterday :(.
B (8am): 2oz chinese beef stir fry, 3/4 premier protein shake
L (12pm): 3oz rotisserie chicken, 2oz cuban beef with veggies
S (4pm): 3oz rotisserie chicken, 2oz cuban beef with veggies
D (8pm): spicy salmon roll (very little rice), 2 pieces salmon toro
S (10pm) only if hungry: premier protein shake
Multi-vites, iron, vitamin D, zinc, vitamin B12 done
3 calcium citrate packs to be done over the day
No exercise planned yet
Another less than stellar day carb-wise. I went to the supermarket after work and bought a chicken curry as relying on what's left on the lunch trolley is no good even if you do jump in there first!!

Gorgeous day here today....mid 70's no humidity! I even got in 30 minutes of walking!
The mac-n-cheese came out great! I plan to make it again tonight! Actually, 1 oz is more than plenty to eat....after the fish & carrots!

My hairdresser (of 12yrs). Dyed my hair blond (I have dark hair) then had to redo it when I freaked and cried. Now I think my hair has a green tinge.....so unhappy. Then fender bender on the way home tonight... My fault. What next?!?!?

A rare day of late. No rain. Plan for rain tomorrow. Today was the kiddos first day back to school. My oldest is a Senior.
It is also her birthday, so I ate with the family and had a bit of b-day cake.
