I see many people start their day with protein coffee or tea. Does anybody have any good ideas for those of us that don't like coffee or tea? And can't drink large quanities.

Some folks like the fruitier protein drinks and you can make them as a cream based shake or juice based. I've seen folks post about drinking Syntrax Nectar fuzzy navel as a cream based that I want to try. I imagine it will taste like a Dreamsicle.

I use capsules for many of my vitamins and I have dumped the contents in my shakes...all but the B-Complex and the multi. The B and multi are nasty to taste.

Definitely Syntrax Nectar!  I start my morning with one every day.  My favorite flavors are Roadside Lemonade and Fuzzy Navel.  With milk (almond, soy or cow), no****er.  Delicious flavors.  You can get a sampler of their flavors from their website.

I make myself a hot chocolate using my unflavored protein and an organic hot chocolate mix because it has very few carbs and sugar grams in it. I don't drink coffee so this works well for me and it goes down very easily. Sometimes my tummy can't take a heavy dense protein early in the morning.
