***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hi guys,
We may be getting thunder storms this morning, so I'm not sure if we're going to the golf course. Hubby didn't play well on the course he chose yesterday. I think we may be back on the mountain course today. There's more to keep me busy and the wildlife there is more interesting. You almost have to chase the deer and groundhogs off the tee to play. Update: 11AM tee time...we'll dodge rain drops.
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds, and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
S - JayRobb bar
L - 2 bunless beef hotdogs
S - Cheetos
D - chicken salad
S - TBD--maybe nothing
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
EXERCITES:
Driving the cart and looking for lost golf balls.

Bah, another day another muffin!! If I have more chicken I'm gonna cry. I'm through with Greek yogurt too. I plan to have some fish and minced beef for protein and some probiotic drinks as the Greek yogurt did seem to result in me having less bathroom trips during the night.
Not sure when I'm gonna get a grip on this. I'm fairly over cheese too, boo hoo!! :-(

I hope you find a couple of new go-to foods quickly. This sounds scary.

Weirdly I was a little constipated last night even though I'd had quite a bit of heavy cream in my protein shakes. Who knows where I'd have been without the muffin ;-)

We had really bad thunderstorms here this morning....with tornado warnings...which we rarely get here on the east coast! Now all of that has moved & it is a beautifully clear day...but VERY humid!
Anyway, I am making mac-n-cheese this evening with Dreamfield's elbow macaroni. I know there is some debate to their 'low carb' claims, but I am only having 1 ounce, so I think I'll be OK.

I saw those weather maps this morning. I'm sure glad the storms moved out.
Good luck with the Dreamfields. I understand it's best served freshly made and leftovers don't work well. Keep us posted.
