I think it's doing high protein for so long as well. The idea of eating some cheese really doesn't exite me that much and I just want some variety. I did suffer last night due to that muffin - no gas thankfully, just some diarrhea.

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries and 1/2 a bagel and cream cheese
S: grapes and protein bar
L: small chef salad
S: mini turkey bite and 1/2 honey garlic stick
D: 2 pieces of chicken ( BBQ) 4 slices of cucumber, a little bit of ceaser salad and 2 deviled eggs
S: some yogurt
Vites: all in except bedtime
Excites: bike ride
Feel positive today, good day at this temp job to, and 9 more work days to go.

Don't judge me too harshly, I have no appetite and can make poor food choices. I am going to straight protein till I get this added poundage off. Protien for the win!!!!!

Exercise. I am doing C25K I do it Tuesday to Thursday and weights Friday and Saturday. My two rest days are Sunday and Monday.

I am a carb addict I am trying to bring it down. Also the chicken recipe had red beans in it which high in carbs I need something salty before bed and also wanted the protein so I had the soy crips.
Morning vites: 2 multi, 1 calcuimW/D9500mg) 1 ADEK=Done
Midday Vites: 2 multi, 1 calcuimW/D9500mg) 1 ADEK= Done
Evenig Vites: 1 calcuimW/D9500mg) 1 ADEK= Not done
Bedtime Vites: 1 Iron (28mg)=Done
51 oz of fluid
Please make any suggestions you guys see that is needed.

I think your Bites look good especially if you're going to be exercising as much as you plan. If you weren't exercising I'd say to reduce your carbs.
Vitamins are coming up slowly as they should. You may find that you need more to maintain good levels but you'll know a little more at your 1st labs as a post-op.
