So glad it's Friday!!
Had one of those bad paint peeling episodes for an hour last night. Didn't eat anything different. Think it may have been the extra magnesium I started taking for my leg cramps. IDK????
Going new car Shopping/looking tomorrow.
B: bacon, protein shake. (47gm)
S: muffins.

D: hamburger no bread, lettuce, cherry tomato (21gm)
Think I'm not getting enough protein. Need to add another shake
