Edamame

Hi
I just discovered edamame through someone at work. I eat it right out of the pod with a little bit if salt, it really doesn't have much taste but its a good source of protein, I was suprised at the difference in carbs (some brands are low carbs and some as high as 10 g per serving ). So I was just wondering if you eat it

I eat it a couple of times a month. I can really over do it and have to be careful.

Love it. Didn't even know it contained protein. I'll have to look up some brands. But I like it from the restaurants when they have some sort of thin white cheese on top.

Love it!  I found some frozen and lightly salted.  They're also good w/lo sodium soy sauce ;-)

Walmart has frozen edamame in the shell or unshelled.  Great to keep in the freezer for the salty snack with protein.  My non-DS hubby loves them too
