S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds, and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - bunless all beef hotdogs and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done 
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner 

EXERCITES:
none

Yay - TGINF!!  TGINF is gonna catch on if I keep using it, methinks!! :-D  I'm starting to look forward to going to Italy, which is in 2 weeks time.  It'll be my first time there even though I've wanted to go since I was about 5.

What part of Italy? I was there in 1981 or 82 with my military unit for a couple of weeks. We were near Pisa and got to visit the leaning tower, Florence and went skiing in the "Little Alps".

Hi there. 

B: 3 oz steak with homemade speg sauce, parm cheese
B2: 1 cup of my egg custard (love this stuff and so easy/cheap to make)
L: meatballs with homemade speg sauce, parm cheese (made a lot of sauce)
D: Chicken breast, pickled beets, cheesy toast
S: egg custard with fruit and SF caramel sauce

Vites: doing well on these.

Exercites: need to do better.  I am sewing, putzing, having fun - but need to work on the house before winter comes.  I always rather go bike riding or walking on the beach - and the dog keeps voting for those activities also.  I blame the dog....

Glad the week is almost over!!
Decided to count some blessing today....I could be hundred lbs heavier and taking insulin

B: bacon, protein shake
S: muffin
L: salami and cheese
S: peanut butter and crackers
D: about 6 bites of cheeseburger and a few fries, wine

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work....
