Eating too much?
OK. I'll bite. I've never heard of it, but it isn't unhealthy so I'll try it.
Could be that drinking a gallon of tea through the day keeps my mouth busy enough that I'm not eating that much (and there in lies the logic of it :-)]
I'm marking the date and my current weight on the calendar. I'll see what happens in 2 weeks. If this works, then I have a double benefit because mint is the easiest thing to grow. You can't kill it in California.

My biggest concern is that you're not eating enough too.
100g of protein is your goal, and I'm not seeing that total here in your typical day. Seriously, don't sweat the fat. You're malabsorbing around 80% of what you eat.
