Just not hungry

You may never be hungry again. I am 3 yrs post VSG and 5 mths post DS and have to eat by the clock or I will starve. My hunger has never returned.

You just have to eat whether you want to or not. At 3 wks post op you have some leeway but later you really won't. Just measure your portion and keep eating even if you don't really "want" it.

Gl and keep working on it. It does get better
