Well it's going to be a long day. I work for the Red Cross and several counties in Kansas are flooded to the point of disaster status. I'm heading to a town where we have a shelter for residents set up just down the street from where we have a blood drive set up. That's the epitome of killing two birds with one stone. Please send good thoughts for these folks.
BITES (DS weight loss mode, nearly 7 wks post-op)
B - iced protein coffee (30)
S - cheese (6)
L - blood drive food (probably pulled pork sandwich, minus bun) (??)
S - cheese or almonds (both 6g)
D - Applebee's wonton chicken tacos, minus shell, 1/2 serving (18) - I won't feel like cooking tonight
