Sex After DS

Well, I never did it after my DS (I was in a sexless marriage at the time), but at 3 years' post DS I had an open hernia repair and he removed my appendix at the same time and my boyfriend and I waited 4 weeks.  I was a little sore and had to remind him to be gentle (cuz grabbing certain things hurt lol) but it was fun and I was fine.  I can't imagine oral would cause any problems.  That sort of cracks me up because I am thinking about getting plastic surgery and was thinking I was going to be out of commission for probably 2 months as the pictures I have seen look really painful and I was sitting here day dreaming about orally pleasing my BF until  I feel comfy doing it the old fashion way. Either way, I would just recommend you play it by ear and see how you feel.  Take it slow and easy and maybe you would only have to wait a couple of weeks. :)

Unfortunately I was back in the hospital for a hernia repair at 4 weeks out so we had to wait quite a while.  But as far as oral honestly, I have noticed that it's more dificult if I am not hydrated.  It has improved a lot since I've lost 120 pounds that's for sure...but hydration is the key for me.  Or else I get a really dry throat and then it's just no fun...hope that helps. 

I think we waited a week... I just told him to go slow....It hurt but nothing I couldnt handle...
