What time of day do you guys take your acid reducers to do the most good? And do you take it multiple times?

7 a.m. just once a day since my revision. I was up to twice a day - 7 a.m. and around 4 p.m. before surgery (mis-shaped sleeve was causing reflux).

The key for me is that I need it before I drink coffee (decaf or regular) so morning is best in my case. If you're sensitive to some foods/drinks you consume regularly, maybe consider taking it before those. Just a thought.

Always in the AM is best. Do not give it time to start.

I'm on prescription acid reducers now (Protonix).  I take one first thing in the morning and one at bedtime.  Middle-of-the-night acid reflux is finally under control (knock on wood)!
