B1 Protein shake 30
B2 Protein shake 30
L BBQ ribs w some 'slaw (I'm scared of too much cabbage) 40
S Fish sticks 15
S Cheese 15
S Melon & popcorn (not simultaneously)
D Paleo Protein Banana mug cake x 2** 20

Protein: 150
F 96+
V All in (inc 7 batches of calcium) night time iron pending

**Inspired by this recipe here http://civilizedcavemancooking.com/grain-free-goodies/paleo- banana-bread/, but I've modified the ingredients and cooking method as I used what I had at home and I couldn't be bothered to switch on the oven, so I cooked it by filling half a cup (it'll rise lots!!) and gave it 50 seconds in 1,000 watt microwave.

2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons melted butter (I put mine in the mixing bowl and heated the whole bowl in the microwave to melt it!!)
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (coulda done a whole scoop, but I was experimenting)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

ETA this made 4 mug cakes and I ate two which I found extremely filling for my nearly 3 year old sleeve!! ;-D

Paleo banana bread-- brilliant!  Real banana? How much, or how many carbs per mug? Maybe I shouldn't ask. Oops!

Probably less than 15g carbs per mug.  1 mug would get its carbs mostly from 1/2 a medium banana.

This sounds wonderful.  I'm going to try this.

Now days I cannot eat bananas like I used to.  Now half the bunch starts to brown quickly before I can eat them.  So I put them in the freezer - in peel.  Just freeze the whole thing.  Then I pull them out when I want to bake, make a shake, make ice cream out of them, etc.  I will have to pull a couple out for this recipe.

Alright I'm going to finally try to jump in here with you guys.

Here's my plan...

BITES:
I'm going to attempt 30-40 grams of protein. Had half of a protein drink so far (10) and will try to finish that soon. Then at least another protein pack (15) if I can. I'm so tired of all the tastes already.

I have about 24oz of fluid in and want to reach 40oz today. (Had 35 yesterday)

VITES:
I'm trying to take a pill every hour or two. So far I've taken the following

omeprazol - Doc said to take it until they say to stop.

ADEK- once (working up to 3x a day- plan to take at least one more)

Iron-done

vitamin D - 2,000IU (1 pill going to try to get at least 6,000IU)

They never really told me how much to take post-op. I'll ask on my two week visit. I was taking 10,000 IU of D 3x a day pre-op to get my levels up fast.

EXERCITES:
walking

Sounds like a good plan for early out. The fluids in your protein shake count towards your total daily fluids, so they can be counted towards fluids and protein. broken heart

That makes me feel a little better to hear from a vet because my surgeon told me not to count it. I feel less worried about dehydration with my 35 non protein ounces now that you said that. I'll still keep working at the non protein oz but with a little less worry.
