Stepped on the scale today....surprise, surpise!

I'm tumbling ever closer back to my goal weight....

Today's weight...177.2

Goal weight - 160.

It's a great time to have plastics!

 

HW 405/SW 397/CW 138/GW 160  Do the research!  Check the stats!
